Our Verdict |
The card is a great choice for its welcome bonus and to unlock the ability to transfer points to travel partners. American Express Membership Rewards points are valuable because they are flexible, and to be transferred to about two dozen airline partners. If you travel frequently and want to do so in style when you do, this card deserves a place in your wallet. But for anyone outside of a specific profile—an urban fitness buff who wants high rewards on flights and prepaid hotels, it may take some effort to justify the $695 annual fee. |
