하얏과 SLH은 이제 안녕인가요..?

자고 일어나니 어제 이런 이멜이 두통이나 왔네요

5월말 바르샐로나와 6월초 포르투에 잡아논 스몰럭셔리호텔로부터 온 이멜 입니다 

 

We are reaching out regarding your reservation, confirmation number #######, at Hotel XXX. On May 15, 2024, the strategic relationship between Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) and World of Hyatt will end. Rest assured, your stay will be honored. However, because your stay begins after May 15, 2024, World of Hyatt benefits like breakfast, points and tier qualifying nights will not be extended for your stay. 

 

To modify your reservation on or before May 15, 2024, contact the Hyatt Global Care Center at 1.888.848.9496 (or 1.402.952.1131 if outside the US). If you need to cancel or modify your reservation after May 15, 2024, you can contact SLH directly at 1.212.953.0118, 44.207.802.2899, or Hyattreservations@slh.com. Any modifications after May 15, 2024, will be considered a cancellation and require you to rebook at the prevailing paid rate and be subject to the applicable booking channel’s terms and conditions. New rates may apply.

While this relationship may be ending, we plan to soon welcome many of the Mr & Mrs Smith hotels, a highly curated collection of boutique and luxury hotels, into World of Hyatt so you can enjoy the benefits of your membership at even more locations around the world.

    5월 15일부터 끝나게 되는것으로 알려졌는데, 이 얘기가 이제 나왔네요. 

    이메일에 아예 대놓고 조식 안준다고 하니... 참 어쩌란 말인가요? 숙박기록도 인정이 안되게 되고요. 

    주변에 다른곳으로 바꾸실곳이 있나 모르겠습니다.
