오늘 포스팅은 2주전에 멕시코에서 아틀란타에 다녀갔던 처남이 다녀왔던, 멕시코 공항에 있는 Aero Mexico Salon Premier Lounge로 한번 가 보시겠습니다.
이날 탑승 비행기는 MEX-ATL 직항 Delta Airlines First Class였는데, MEX 공항의 델타 스카이클럽은 팬데믹으로 운영하지 않았고…
Skyteam 항공사 일등석 탑승객이라고 Aero Mexico 항공의 라운지를 이용하게 해 주었습니다.
라운지 입구는 팬데믹으로 여러가지 다른 모습을 보여주고 있습니다. Plexiglass, Mask, Face Shields 까지 모두 다 되어있습니다.
요즘은 특수상황이라서 라운지 사용에 여러가지 제약이 따르는데요. 아래 보시는 항목들이 요즘에 알고가면 좋은것들이 아닐까 합니다.

가운에 메인 바가 운영중이였고, 주변으로 나름 거리두기를 하면서 여행자들이 앉아 있습니다.
실내에 air circulation이 어떻게 되는지는 모르지만, 일단 공간의 활용이나. distancing 에서는 문제가 없어보이기도 합니다.
멕시코의 코비드 확진도 하늘을 찌르고 있는 중인데, 그래도 이렇게 다들 조심조심히 다니는 모습이예요.
라운지 바에서 주류도 만들어 주는데, 높은 천장에 꽤 괜찮아 보이는듯 하네요.
라운지 내의 여러곳 사진을 몇장 보여드릴게요.
간단하게 정리된 음식들만 준비가 되어있습니다.
그래도 주류를 포함한 냉장고는 꽉 차 있습니다. (이거면 되지 않나요? ㅋ)
평소에 갈 수 있는 다른 라운지들도 이렇게 안되어 있는곳 많이 있어요.
직원이 계속 돌아다니면서 부분부분 청소와 sanitizing을 하고 있었습니다.
별도로 혼자 사용할 수 있는 이런곳도 있었는데…
처남은 라운지 음식이 좀 부실할것 같다고 해서, 공항에서 샌드위치 하나 구매해서 라운지에서 음료와 같이 했다고 해요.
멕시코 씨티 공항 (MEX)에 또 하나의 다른 라운지 옵션은, 제가 2018년에 다녀왔던 Amex Centurion Lounge가 있어서 가시면 좋은데요.

위의 라운지 리뷰에서 보시는 센츄리온 라운지나, 오늘 보신 이곳 라운지나 그렇게 크게 다를것이 없을것 같아서 놀랍습니다.
센츄리온 라운지에는 아멕스 (개인/비지니스) 플래티넘 카드가 있으면 입장하실수 있는데, 요즘에 이 카드의 사인업 보너스가 75,000 아멕스 포인트로 올라갔습니다. (10만포인트 오퍼가 보이시는 분들도 계시다는데, 그건 공식 오퍼가 아니라서 모두들 받으신다는 장담을 못하겠어요.)
게다가 카드 멤버 첫 6개월동안 주유소와 그로서리에서 ($15,000까지) 10배 엠알포인트 받으시는데, 이런 오퍼는 그동안에 한번도 나오지 않았던 좋은 오퍼가 아닐까 합니다.

팬데믹이 시작되면서 느끼는건, 너무나 청소를 열심히 해서 더욱 더 깨끗해진 비행기내가 아닐까 해요.
