4월 23일에 카드를 승인(체이스에서 알려줌) 받아 스팬딩을 다 채웠는데
1번이아니고 2번이 들어왓어요. 신청시는 1번이였는데 중간에 2번으로 바뀐건데
그래서 메세지를 보냇더니(5월1일은 년회비 청구일이라서 그것을 기준햇어요)
I believe there has been a mistake. I opened the card on
5/1/2019. At that time, the offered reward was the 100,000
bonus points. At some point after I opened the card on
5/1/2019, the offered reward got switched to the three
free night awards.
Please take a look again. I would like to receive the
100,000 bonus points that I opened the card for, instead
of the three free night awards.

up to 35,000 points) after you spend $3,000 on purchases

offers are only available for select credit cards and they
aren't transferable between accounts.

증거를 보내라는데 근데 와이프가 얼마전에 메일을 청소해서 남아있는 관련메일이 없고 편지에도 Welcome offer 에 대한 건 없습니다.
받은 2번오퍼의 호텔 3박 유효기간이 내년 6월인데 여행 계획이 없어요…
전화해서 이야기해볼 사안이 되나요?
받은 호텔 3박 혹시 가족구성원이 대신 쓸수있는건가요?

궁금합니다.
오퍼에 대해서는 저는 잘 모르겠지만, 호텔 숙박권은 본인 이름으로 예약하고 다른 가족 이름 애드하시면 가능할듯합니다. 전 제이름으로 예약하고, 남편이나 다른 가족 이름 애드해서 첵인 가능하게 많이 해봤습니다. 대신 가끔 티어 베네핏은 홀드하는 호텔이 좀 있습니다. 티어 상관없으시면 벌 상관없으실거 같아요.
미국내에서나 대부분의 경우에는 포조동님의 말씀처럼 그렇게 깐깐하지 않은 듯 합니다^^ 에공~!!! 여러모로 심란 하시겠어요 ㅠㅠ
저는 이번에 이 카드를 했는데, 이메일로 오퍼 컨펌이 오던데요. 혹시 신청당시에 그런 이메일 못받으셨나요? 그 이메일이 있으면 스크린샷을 보내고 전화해 보시면 해 줄수도 있습니다.
궁금한게 하나는, 그당시 신청하실때 fly with moxie 싸이트에 있는 신청링크로 신청하시지 않으셨나봐요. 제 기록엔 싸이트 내에 있던 링크는 숙박권 오퍼로 바뀐적이 없었습니다.
그래서 가끔 제가 게시판에 카드 오퍼 변화에 대한 글을 남길때가 있는데, 그 글들을 잘 보시고 하시는게 좋을것 같아요. 신청링크를 제공하는 회사에서 열심히 메시지를 보내주는데, 그중에 중요한것을 제가 추려서 글을 올려드리거든요.
전화해도 안되시면 아쉽겠지만, 그래도 혹시 스샷이 있으시면 가능할 수도 있습니다.
제가 리퍼해서 와이프가 만들엇어요. 그리고 와이프가 이메일을 다 삭제해서 찾을수없어요. 전화해보고 안되면 써야겠네요...
