12 Dec 2014 알라스카 항공 엘리트 티어 매치 결과 – MVP Gold 75K 매칭

11월 첫째주에 알라스카 항공 티어 매치를 해봤습니다.
10월 1일 부터다, 11월 1일 부터다 막 얘기가 있었는데, 11월 1일부터이다……가 맞는 말인것 같구요.
이즈음에 많이들 하실것 같아서, 제 경험이 혹시나 도움이 될까 합니다.
약간의 배경을 설명드리자면~~
저는 지난 5년동안 델타 골드를 하고 있어서, (내년부터 델타가 말도 안되는 짓들을 많이 한다고 해서) 올해는 알라스카 매치 시켜서 타고 다니려고 준비만 하고 있었어요.
올해는 골드를 넘어서 플래티넘까지 넘볼수 있겠다 싶어서, 솔직히 좀 철저하게 준비를 해오고 있었습니다. (11월즈음에 정확히 플랫을 달게끔)
제가 가끔 읽어오던 블로거의 포스팅에 의하면,
델타 골드는 알라스카 MVP 골드가 매칭되는게 맞다, 하지만 델타에 플래티넘, 다이아몬드급은 한 급 높은 MVP Gold 75K로 된다고 한다는데, 그 사례가 부족해서 그냥 소문으로만 알고 있다고 하더군요. 그러면서 reader들에게 경험을 나눠달라고 하더라구요.
여기서 호기심이 발동해서, 직접 테스트 해 보기로 합니다. (MVP Gold나 MVP God 75K나 100% 적립 더 되는건 같습니다.)
간단히 MVP Gold의 베네핏을 적어보면..

상당히 좋은 조건들이 많이 있군요.
계산상으로 11/3에 탑승했던 결과가 포스팅이 되면 델타 플랫이 되는지라, 11/1에 골드로 매치 안하고 기다렸습니다. 11/3 탑승이 11/5에 포스팅이 되니까, 델타 앱에 이렇게 바뀌어 있더라구요. 플랫이 되었습니다.
계산 잘 했죠? 85마일 오버로 플랫되었습니다.
그러면 이제 매칭을 시도해야죠?

– 보낼때 필요한것들:
1. 현재 다른 항공사 티어 증명 : 다른항공사 티어 맴버 카드를 보내야 한다는데, 그날 플랫으로 올라갔는데, 카드가 어디 있나요? 그래서, 위에처럼 앱에서 제 이름, 멤버 번호 포함해서 스샷 찍어서 첨부해서 보내면서, blah, blah 몇자 적어보냅니다. ‘저~~ 금방 플랫되어서 카드는 없어용~~!’ 그리고, 나는 MVP GOLD 75K 매칭 신청하는겁니다. 라고 명확하게 써서 보냈습니다.
2. 본인의 신분증 스캔: 면허증, 여권, GE 카드… 이렇게 다 될것 같은데, 저는 면허증 스캔해서 첨부했습니다.
3. 어느 블로거는 탑승기록도 보내야 한다는 말을 하는 곳이 있어서, 그냥 뭐.. 델타에서 긁어서 스테잇먼트에 몇개 보이게 스샷 찍어서 보냈습니다.
그랬더니 이렇게 접수 되었다고 멜이 오네요.

이건 뭐 자동으로 오는 이멜이라 별로 중요한건 없는데, 그래도 밑에 있는 항공사 리스트는 알아놔야겠지요? 이 항공사 외에도 매칭이 되었다는 사례가 보이기도 하는데, 그건 그때그때 다를것 같습니다.
매칭되는 날짜도 중요하군요. 12/31/2015 까지랍니다.
보통 일주일 정도 걸린다고 하는데, 5일 지난 아침에 확인 하니까 매칭이 되어 있더군요. 이렇게요.
결론은 ‘델타 플랫, 다이아 멤버로 MVP Gold 75K가 매칭이 된다‘ 입니다. 그리고 일주일이 채 안결려서 등업은 되었구요, 아직 웰컴 이메일은 안왔어요.
2015년부터 델타가 많이 안좋게 변하는 바람에, 결국에는 American Airline을 주로 타면서 Alaska로 적립을 하게 될것같긴 하지만, 이상이 제가 델타 플래티넘으로 알라스카 MVP Gold 75K를 매칭시킨 과정이였습니다.
